As much as we want you to join our clearinghouse, we must be confident that you will deliver quality material every time. We must either have a track record, have visited your facilities or have very strong references from people that we trust. Until such time as we have established your positive profile, we will not allow you to create "public" lists. During this period, you will be able to create private lists that customers you know can access.
